Terms of Service

Please read the following

・There are things that the artist (shoukkun25) may reject despite it not being listed above.
・The prices presented are only the base, they may increase depending on the artwork's complexity and details
・All payments are due in USD/JPY in Paypal
・The artist works at a slow pace. So please avoid rushing the artist unless we agreed on the set deadline for the commission piece.
・Please, do take note that the commission could be delayed by the following factors: health issues, commission queue, artwork's complexity, part-time job, and conflicting school schedules. The artist will inform you as soon as they can if said factors occur, if not, you have the right to cancel the commission if the artist has not started working on it.

1. Copyright and Usage PolicyI. Commissioned artwork is for personal use only
(1) unless we've agreed with it being commercial use.II. You are allowed to post the commission piece on your social media platforms as long as you credit the artist properlyIII. You cannot claim the artwork as your own.IV. You are NOT allowed to alter the commissioned artwork or do AI training on the artwork without the artist's consent.V. Commercial usage of the commissioned artwork without the artist's consent and knowledge is STRICTLY prohibited, such as physical merchandise, NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens), and any crypto currency.VI. Commercial use will cost more the original price. You will then be allowed to use it for anything else besides personal usage and have the artist's full consent of revising it as you please. (This only applies for commercial-use commissions)VII. The artist does not hold responsibility for any copyright if you created or obliterated the character's design. Please do some research and avoid the said violations.VIII. The commissioned artwork will eventually be posted in the artist's (shoukkun25) social media/s and portfolio, unless if it's commercial or by the choice of the artist.

2. Commissioned Artwork's ProcessI. Photo references are required, The artist cannot work with descriptions alone. Please compile them via google drive/docs, skipping pose references can possibly cause the artist to decline your request.II. The amount of payment will be settled first before the artist started working on the commissioned piece.III. The commission is to be paid after the artist has finished the sketch.IV. The artist will be contacting you with the commission's progress through your preferred contactsV. When the client has initially paid in part to the total, they will not be able to receive the fully rendered artwork's original files until they have fully paid for everything.VI. The artist will provide you 3 or more versions of the artwork via email or Google Drive. (PNG, PNG with watermark, and transparent PNG of the drawing) once the work is finished

3. Cancellation & Refund PolicyI. Payment can only be refunded if:
(1) The drawing is still in the rough sketch phase, and;
(2) two months have passed without any submission of the sketch nor full render has been sent to the client from the artist (shoukkun25).II. By the chance that the finished fully rendered artwork was submitted, and the client wanted a revision:
The fully rendered artwork that was already submitted can not be refunded, and only the revision can be refunded if you:
(1) Have paid for the revision, and;
(2) if the artist (shoukkun25) hasn't submitted the revised fully rendered artwork within two weeks.V. Paying the full or partial payment of the invoice meant the client confirmed there's no physical item to be shipped; the product, they will receive will only be digital goods.VI. You are automatically agreeing to the artist's terms upon commissioning them. Filing a chargeback against the artist when you are not allowed to will have your rights to the artwork withdrawn and the artist will have the right to profit from it. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from the artist's commissions and your name will be publicly posted for others to be aware of your actions.
